Join us in celebrating one of the world’s favourite tipples, with a glass (or two) of The Hari Rum! 🥃

In true reflection of The Hari, blending luxury hospitality with personality and wit, we have created our very own cask aged golden rum.

Combining three carefully selected Caribbean spirits from Venezuela, Trinidad and The Dominican Republic, our rum produces notes of sweet orange, vanilla and tobacco, giving way to a sweet, nutty finish, perfect to be sipped on the rocks, or drank in our very own limited edition cocktail.

The Hari Mail


Served in our magnificent summer Garden Terrace, currently in partnership with famed champagne house Ruinart, The Hari Mail is a fresh and light cocktail using The Hari Rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup and topped with Ruinart Brut, garnished with a slice of lime.

If rum is not to your taste, we also create our very own London Dry Gin, which is available to try in our collection of bespoke Haritini’s!

Combining the warm spices of cardamom, cassia bark, star anise and cloves, The Hari Gin encapsulates the Indian heritage of the Harilela family, serving as perfect inspiration.
