Terms & Conditions City Celebrations Package

  • Eligibility: This offer is available to all guests of The Hari who book the specific overnight package that includes discounted services at Neville Hair and Beauty.
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment at Neville Hair and Beauty.
  • Package Details: The overnight package includes two night’s accommodation at The Hari inclusive of daily breakfast and a voucher for discounted services at Neville Hair and Beauty. The discount voucher offers 30% off on selected services with selected stylists designated by Neville Hair and Beauty subject to availability.
  • Booking and Availability: The overnight package must be booked directly through The Hari’s reservation team. Booking the overnight package is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The discounted services at Neville Hair and Beauty are subject to availability and must be booked in advance by notifying the The Concierge at The Hari who will liaise with Neville Hair and Beauty directly.
  • Use of Discount Voucher: The discount voucher is valid only during the stay and must be presented at the time of appointment at Neville Hair and Beauty. The voucher is valid for one use only and is applicable to selected services as agreed upon by Neville Hair and Beauty. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts and is non-transferable.
  • Cancellation Policy: If the service booked with Neville Hair and Beauty is cancelled with less than 24hrs notices, Neville Hair and Beauty reserves the right to charge the full cost of any services booked.
  • Changes to the Package: The Hari and Neville Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel the package and these terms and conditions without notice. Changes will be communicated to booked guests in advance wherever possible.
  • Liability: The Hari and Neville Hair and Beauty will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that occurs from using this package unless caused by negligence on the part of The Hari or Neville Hair and Beauty. By accepting the discount voucher, guests agree to hold harmless The Hari and Neville Hair and Beauty for any adverse effects resulting from services received at Neville Hair and Beauty.
  • Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used by The Hari and shared with Neville Hair and Beauty only to facilitate booking and promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
