The Terrace new cocktails
The Terrace at The Hari’s new cocktail menu has been created to celebrate outdoor dining at this secluded oasis in the heart of Wan Chai. Highlights include Hana-Hana Shochu Highball made with Yanagita Senbouzakura, Lemon and Soda; or the Spritz Rosé made with Lambrusco Otello, Cantine Ceci, Prosecco Col de Salici Extra Dry, Orange and Sparkling Water; and the Hari 75 made of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne and The Hari Gin, a spiced aromatic take on the traditional London Dry that combines the warming spices of cardamom, cassia bark, star anise and cloves.
