ZOKU WEEKEND BRUNCH EXPERIENCE
Zoku is available for weekend brunches every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 12 noon to 3 pm.
To kick off the brunch feast, savour a Moriwase Sashimi Platter, Wagyu Gyoza, Zoku Nigiris and many more to tantalise the taste buds. For mains, taste an array of dishes such as Toriniku Teryaki (Grilled spring chicken), Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail collar, sweet potato espuma), and Kohitsuji Yaki (Chargrilled lamb chop). What’s more, guests can also opt for the Lobster Tsukemen (Okinawa Soba, Spicy Soup) or Grilled A5 Miyazaki Wagyu (Kobocha, yellow chili sauce) at an additional price for a meal experience enhancement.
Tempting desserts such as Salted Caramel Sando, Hojicha Creme Brulee and Strawberry Pistachio Tart await guests to savour.
Guests can also enhance the dining experience with a bottomless beverage package with Cocktails and Champagne at a special supplement price.
