This September, The Hari Hong Kong returns with its sensational Cocktails & Champagne Pairing Dinner series with renowned mixologist and Pernod Ricard brand ambassador, Jade Lau. Lucciola, The Hari’s chic Italian restaurant located on the second floor, offers a one-night-only “Lucciola Cena Conviviale” menu on 12 September, showcasing vibrant Italian flavours paired with selected Perrier-Jouet Champagne and three exclusive cocktails by Jade.

A celebrated, award-winning industry expert, Jade brings her exceptional knowledge of mixology and spirits to Lucciola following previous stints at prestigious hospitality establishments and bar concepts, including at one of Asia’s Best 50 Bars. Crafted with precision and a dedication to the art of mixology, each of Jade’s exclusive concoctions fuses local influences with exotic flavours for visually stunning libations.

Jade’s exclusive cocktails features:

  • Magic Cloud: A zesty mix of Yoghurt & Cucumber Fat-Washed Malfy OG, Italicus, Yuzu Liqueur, and Lemon Juice
  • Amalfian Bee: A refreshing sweet-meets-savoury concoction of Malfy Con Limone, Dill Cordial, Honey Syrup, and Lemon Juice
  • Coffee Pompelmo: A bold, fragrant fusion of Malfy Gin Rosa, Coffee, Cynar, and Tonic Water

An evening of authentic Italian flavours, the 5-course Cocktails & Champagne Pairing Dinner menu spotlights the finest produce from the region, opening with Mousse di Tuorlo Mascarpone e Caviale, a Mascarpone mousse with Ossetra Caviar and Egg Yolk served with Jade’s Magic Cloud, followed by a refreshing starter of Capesante Arrostite, Topinambur, Caviale di Aringa Affumicato, roasted scallop with Jerusalem artichoke and smoked herring caviar, to be enjoyed with a glass of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut NV Champagne from France.

For heartier mains, enjoy Lucciola’s signature homemade pasta dishes with Orzotto ai Gamberi Rossi Siciliani, orzo pasta with red prawn carpaccio and green peas, paired with Perrier-Jouet Blason Rosé Champagne, before savouring a buttery black cod fillet doused in a rich braised white onion and sea urchin sauce, Il Branzino Cileno ai Ricci di Mare, delightfully complimented by Jade’s Amalfian Bee. The evening concludes on a sweet note, naturally, with Gelato al Mascarpone e Melone Retato, Ricotta di Bufala Ghiacciata, a homemade mascarpone gelato with iced buffalo ricotta, cantaloupe melon, and Italicus served with Jade’s Coffee Pompelmo.

 

The 5-course Cocktails and Champagne Pairing Dinner Menu will be available on 12 September from 6pm to 10pm at HK$888* per person.
